 I've been having these weird mood swings lately and can't really pinpoint what's causing them. Some days I wake up feeling great, and other days I just feel this unexplainable heaviness. Anyone else experience something similar? How do you figure out what you're actually feeling?

Totally relate to this! I think sometimes we get so busy that we don't take time to check in with ourselves emotionally. I started keeping a simple mood journal where I just jot down how I'm feeling at different points in the day along with what was happening. After a few weeks, I started seeing patterns that helped me understand my emotional triggers better

 Mood journals are definitely helpful. It helped me realize I was confusing anxiety with excitement in some situations, and mistaking boredom for sadness in others. Learning the subtle differences between similar emotions made a big difference in how I respond to them. The article also had good tips for emotional regulation techniques based on which specific emotions you tend to struggle with. Naming the emotion correctly is really the first step to managing it effectively
